Jonathan Gresham, a former ROH World Champion, rejoined Impact Wrestling.

After Eddie Edwards defeated Delirious, Gresham made his return and intervened to stop Edwards from attacking Delirious.

At a 2016 One Night Only X-Travaganza taping, Gresham made his Impact debut but fell short to DJZ. He returned for the Hard To Kill pay-per-view event in January , where he faced Chris Sabin to defend the ROH Title. Along with Rocky Romero, he also wrestled Steve Maclin.

Before leaving Ring of Honor, Gresham lost the ROH Title to Claudio Castagnoli at ROH Death Before Dishonor.

Jonathan Gresham is one of my all-time favorite wrestlers, so I’m thrilled to see him again. Hopefully, he will win an Impact World championship.
