Eric Young, a former world champion in Impact Wrestling, is expected to rejoin WWE.

Young joined WWE NXT in 2016, where he established the SAnitY group and once held the title of NXT Tag Team Champion.

After just wrapping up his contract with Impact Wrestling, Young will shortly return to WWE, according to several sources.

In a scene that appeared on the most recent episode, Cody Deaner “stabbed to death” Young during his final TV appearance for Impact Wrestling.

Alan Angels and Big Kon are part of Violent by Design faction, which appears to be led by Deaner.

Young was fired from WWE in April 2020 as part of the initial round of widespread firings attributed to “budget constraints.”

He returned to Impact that July and won the Impact World Championship two months later from Eddie Edwards.
